Adolescence is a stage of life in which it is possible to work with peer groups in free time in order to develop key educational competences and promote fundamental values based on human rights or those that emanate from the Sustainable Development Goals through educational support, based on the empowerment of interests and freedom of choice of activities to be carried out. Youth centres for adolescents that are governed by a European model of educational intervention have a methodology, protocols and working tools that allow the development of competence frameworks such as Entrecomp, Lifecomp, Greencomp and Digcomp. The key to this intervention is to generate habits of participation.

Graduate in basic general education teaching (Magisterio), social educator, youth worker level I and level II (manager), trainer of youth workers. He has worked professionally as a youth technician, cultural manager, participation technician and youth technician. Teacher in several animation and volunteering training schools, as well as in several public administrations, inside and outside the CV. Volunteer and member of several citizen entities. Author of several books on the methodology of sociocultural animation and work with young people and adolescents. Coordinator of the seminar on the elaboration of materials and resources to intervene with young people through plans, programmes, projects or activity programmes, organised by the IVAJ of the Generalitat Valenciana.
