CALL FOR THE BEST UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENT PAPER PRESENTED AT THE 11TH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON PSYCHOLOGY AND EDUCATION 

Papers presented at CIPE'23 by undergraduate and graduate students will be eligible for the best paper award: 

A.- A voluntary CIPE'23 research award will be eligible for the best undergraduate student paper and a second CIPE'23 research award for the best graduate student paper. 

The organizing committee of the XI International Congress of Psychology and Education opens a call for research awards for undergraduate and graduate students. Students registered in the congress and who have presented a paper individually or collectively, may apply for one of the two awards (undergraduate and graduate).  

Papers will be accepted in any modality accepted at the congress. 

 

1.- Requirements to apply for the award 

1.1.- To be a STUDENT member of the undergraduate or graduate program at the time of registration for the congress. 

1.2.- To present a paper in one of the symposia or panels of the congress in due time and form (see deadlines for submission of papers). 

 

2.- Deadline and place of presentation of applications 

2.1.- Nominations may be submitted until April 15, 2023. 

2.2.- The candidatures shall be submitted to the administrative secretariat of the association by telematic mail to secretary@cipe2023.com.  

The application shall be deemed to have been submitted after due acknowledgement of receipt of the same, which shall be issued by the administrative secretariat of the congress. 

2.3.- Applications shall include the following documentation: 

Document with the text of the communication presented (each student may only present one communication to the award with the format and content required for the submission of communications. 
Curriculum vitae of the applicant. 
Letter of motivation why the candidate deserves to be awarded. 
2.4.- The above information will be grouped in a single file, preferably in pdf format, which will be labeled as follows: 

"'Apellidos_Inciales_DosTresPalabrasTitulo_Pitulo_PremioEstudiantesEstudiantesgrado2023" or "Apellidos_Inciales_DosTresTresPalabrasTitulo_Pitulo_PremioEstudiantespostgrado2023" as the case may be. 

  

3.- Selection criteria and deadlines 

The evaluation committee will be appointed from the members of the CIPE'23 national scientific committee. The members of the evaluation committee must sign a document stating that they have no conflict of interest with respect to the candidates. The selection of the papers deserving the research award will be based on the quality of the abstract (synthesis capacity, research interest and clarity of expression), the type of communication presented (oral, flash or abstract), the student's curriculum vitae (CV) and the student's letter of motivation. 

Important: The evaluation for the award will be based on the extensive texts.

The final decision of the evaluation committee will be made public on the congress website within a period not exceeding 30 days from the end of the submission of applications (April 15, 2023). In addition, those selected will be notified by e-mail and the corresponding certificate will be delivered at the closing ceremony of the congress. 

 

4. Endowment of the prize 

The prize for the best paper presented by undergraduate students will be 1000€. 

The prize for the best paper presented by graduate students will be 2000€.
